Understanding Your Rights and Responsibilities Please read these terms carefully before using the My Good Neighbor platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the My Good Neighbor application and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of the terms, you must not use the Application.

2. Services Provided

My Good Neighbor is a platform that connects users who require small jobs/tasks to be performed (“Job Posters”) with users who are seeking to perform those small jobs/tasks (“Job Finders”). The platform facilitates:

Job Posting and Searching
User Communication (Msg/Chat)
Job Management (Accept, In Progress, Complete)
Payment Processing

3. User Roles and Responsibilities

A. Job Posters (Those posting a job)

You must provide accurate and complete details for any job posted, including location and payment.
You are responsible for paying the agreed-upon amount through the platform’s payment method.

B. Job Finders (Those accepting a job)

You must accurately represent your skills (e.g., uploading your CV for detail).
You are responsible for completing the accepted job professionally and on time.
Your earnings will be processed via the platform’s payment method.

4. User Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
The platform facilitates a Review/Rating system (e.g., 4.7 stars) to promote trust and accountability among neighbors.

5. Payments and Fees

All payments for jobs must be made through the platform’s designated payment system.
My Good Neighbor may charge a service fee to either the Job Poster or Job Finder, or both, which will be clearly stated at the time of transaction.

6. Code of Conduct and Prohibited Activities

Users must treat each other with respect and honesty. You agree not to:

Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
Bypass the platform’s payment method to avoid service fees.
Post false or misleading information.

7. Limitation of Liability

My Good Neighbor acts solely as a platform to connect users. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of the jobs posted or the services rendered. Any disputes should first be handled directly between the Job Poster and Job Finder.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms and Conditions.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws
